• Custom development work is non-refundable once development has begun
• Digital products may be eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if unused

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Withwebify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the applicable service(s) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru.
